| Please submit the files as follows: |
| (a) PDF file of your paper checked by PDF eXpress; |
| (b) source file (Word or LaTeX), image file(s) if any for LaTeX. ; |
| (c) receipt after VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore compatible; |
| (d) electronically signed IEEE Copyright Form transfered to IEEE directly via TCCT Conference Paper Management System. The paper's title and names of all authors in your Copyright Form must be consistent with corresponding information written in your final files and entered online in the Conference Paper Management System. |
| • Click here to check whether your PDF file is IEEE Xplore compatible, the conference ID is 46542X. You can refer to the IEEE PDF eXpress Instructions for assistance. |
| • The final submission must be prepared using the DDCLS'19 paper template and VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore compatible. Chinese paper needs to be translated into English, otherwise it will not be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. The templates are available (MS word format, Latex Format) for your reference. Please notice that too short paper (four pages or less) is not acceptable for DDCLS'19 conference proceedings. |
| 3. Submission |
| All these files must be uploaded to the TCCT Conference Paper Management System for final submission. Only online submission is acceptable, and only the corresponding author can submit the final paper, moreover, the registration fee of your paper must be paid first by one of the authors. |

| 4. Paper Length |
| Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 size. Each page in excess of 6 will incur a charge of CNY200. The conference does not accept the paper exceeding 8 pages. |
| Information for Registration |

Deadline for online registration: 15 April, 2019 |
| 2. |
Participant with accepted paper must register online first. Both online and on site registration are available for other participants. |
| 3. |
The Conference Final Announcement or materials certifying your participation will be provided by the conference organizer later. |
| 4. |
Required information for online registration: paper ID, name, IEEE member (if available), institute, Affiliation, contact information. Only CNY is acceptable. Please choose a proper type for you registration and payment.
a) Registration fee: CNY2500 for IEEE member, CNY2700 for non-IEEE Member covering paper charges for one paper within 6 pages of A4 size, conference proceedings, meals during the conference period and a conference banquet.
b) Up to 2 extra pages per paper are allowed with extra page charge CNY200/page.
c) One additional paper by the same author (first author or corresponding author) is allowed with an extra charge CNY1300.
d) Authors with three or more papers have to pay a new registration fee to cover their third and/or fourth papers.

Each paper must be registered by one author according to the registration information of DDCLS'19. Other author(s) of the paper who want to attend the conference must pay the same registration fee. |

Credit card and debit card with Union Pay are accepted for you online payment. |
| 7. |
Invoice or receipt will be provided on site or postal delivery if you require after online registration. Please provide your detailed contact information during your online registration. |
