| Please submit the files as follows: |
| (a) PDF file of your paper checked by PDF eXpress; |
| (b) receipt after VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore compatible; |
| (c) scanned IEEE Copyright Form with signature. |
| All these files must be uploaded to the system for Final Submission. The Final Manuscript must be prepared using the DDCLSĄŻ17 paper template and VERIFIED to be IEEE Xplore compatible. Chinese paper need to be translated into English. |

| 3. Submission |
| Only online submission is acceptable, and only the corresponding author can submit the final paper, moreover, your registration fee must be paid first. |

| 4. Paper Length |
| Each paper is limited to 6 pages of A4 size. Each page in excess of 6 will incur a charge of CNY200. The conference does not receive the paper exceeding 8 pages. |

Participant with accepted paper must register online first. Both online and on site registration are available for other participants. |
| 3. |
Invitation letter or material certifying your participation is provided by the conference organizer. |
| 4. |
Required information for online registration: paper ID, name, IEEE member (if available), institute, Affiliation, contact information. Only CNY is acceptable. Please choose a proper type for you registration and payment.
a) Registration fee: CNY2500 for IEEE member, CNY2700 for non-IEEE Member covering paper charges for one paper within 6 pages of A4 size, conference proceedings, meals during the conference period and a conference banquet.
b) Up to 2 extra pages per paper are allowed with extra page charge CNY200/page.
c) One additional paper of the same author is allowed with an extra charge CNY1300 (meals and banquet are not included).
d) Authors with three or more papers have to pay a new registration fee to cover their third and/or fourth papers.

Each paper must be registered by one author according to the registration information of 2017 CCDC. Other author(s) of the paper who want to attend the conference must pay the same registration fee. |

Credit card and debit card with Union Pay are accepted for you online payment. |
| 7. |
Invoice is provided on site or postal delivery if you require after online registration. Please leave your detailed contact information during your online registration. |
